Elite Core Club was started by personal trainer, group instructor, and fitness enthusiast, Stephanie Watts.


Stephanie began her fitness career after years of participating in a variety of sports and fitness programs. This gave her the desire to empower people around her to fulfill their health and fitness dreams the way she felt empowered through her own fitness training.

In her programs, Stephanie uses her past experiences, current passions, and continuing education to help her clients achieve their specific goals. Whether it be to lose weight, gain lean muscle mass, train the cardiovascular system, or improve strength training abilities, Stephanie won't rest until she figures out the most efficient method of helping you achieve your goals.

Elite Core Club is a fitness community designed especially for Stephanie's clients. Members get an individualized fitness training program, as well as the optional nutritional support and advice, to fit their specific needs. They can choose to receive one-one-one workout time with her, bring a friend for buddy sessions, and have the freedom to workout at her gym or in the comfort of their own homes.
