Hello there! My name is Stephanie Watts, and I am the Owner and Head Trainer at Elite Core Club LLC.

I am an amateur (soon to be professional) Women’s Physique competitor. When I’m not lifting weights, I enjoy staying active and eating healthy. In my rare moments of free time, I thoroughly enjoy crossword puzzles and reading novels.

I have been interested in health and fitness all of my life. Throughout my years in grade school all the way to college and beyond, I have participated in Color Guard, tennis, ballet, varsity soccer, softball, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, and strength training. All of these sports play a role in my training programs, so I can ensure that each client is working towards their goals in a fun, efficient way.

I also am very interested in the MENTAL component behind each person's individual aspirations. Whether they want to lose weight, gain muscle, or any dream in between, I address the deeper struggles that hinder your progress, and help you find sustainable ways to achieve your goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

A huge transformation happened for me back in 2012 when I started lifting weights (Box Image #1).

I was just over 100 lbs and dancing ballet, but when I laid under a 45 lb barbell to do a bench press, I could not lift it off my chest! 

That was when everything changed.

Since that day, I began lifting weights, eating healthier, and discovered my true passion for bodybuilding. My first competition was in 2016 (Box Image #3), and it further solidified my love for this sport. I am now around 180 lbs (shown above). and have never felt so beautiful and confident in my life.

I feel free, I feel powerful, and I want to share this feeling with as many people as possible through my personalized workouts and lifestyle coaching.
